Mediacom Durmus AG builds fiber optics and cable networks for network operators, providers and municipalities and integrates business solutions such as Internet, network and telephony for SMEs in network level 5. In addition to the systems and solutions of network operators and providers, we offer business customers our own know-how, which extends across various system landscapes. Your main tasks:

• Independent processing of service orders

• Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (voice and broadband technologies)

• Installation and configuration of:

  • ​Telephone systems (virtual/cloud and IP PBX)

  • Networks and W-LAN (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Zyxel)

• Service work on telephone systems, networks, servers and W-LAN infrastructures

• Commissioning of new technologies in the field of telematics and electrical systems

• Customer training (admin and user training)

• Ensuring the necessary controls

• Creation of network diagrams

• Solution-oriented ICT consulting for customers

You bring with you:

• Expertise in the area of:

  • ​Broadband installation

  • network connections

  • different PC operating systems

  • IP network and W-LAN

• relevant experience in telematics

• LWL and HFC knowledge is an advantage

• completed vocational training as an electrician

• Flexibility, resilience and reliability

• independent and structured way of working

• Very good written and spoken German

• Good knowledge of English is an advantage

• Driving licence cat. B
